Thank you for an INCREDIBLE year of THP Hangouts

Hello Reader,

As we wrapped up the final THP Hangouts of 2025 this past weekend, we were feeling so grateful to have spent this year with some amazing teens!

We want to send a huge, heartfelt thank you to every teen, parent, and community member who made this year so special.

This year’s THP Hangouts were an absolute blast. Through creativity, movement, and connection, we are honoured to create a safe, welcoming space where teen girls can laugh, explore, build friendships, and try something new. Watching these moments unfold, the connection, courage, and play, has been a definite highlight of our year.

Thank you for trusting us with your teens, for showing up, and for being part of this growing community. Your support is what allows us to continue offering these meaningful experiences.

We’re already buzzing with ideas and can’t wait to see you in 2026 for even more good times, more connection, and more chances for teen girls to shine.

Wishing you and your family a restful, joy-filled end to 2025.

With gratitude,

Chantal

Pyramid Psychology- Inspiring Teen Girls to Build Unbreakable Mindsets

Hello! I’m Chantal, teen life coach and psychologist who’s helping teen girls build confidence, handle tough stuff, and grow into their most authentic selves. I’ve curate tools to make your journey as a parent, auntie, or supportive professional a little easier, and a lot more connected. These are the things I use, love, and trust to spark calm, courage, and real conversations with teens.

Do you see Joy as a reward Reader? We often treat joy like a prize, something we earn once we get through the tough stuff or after life settles down. Then we make room for it. Is it fair to say that for teens (and parents), life rarely settles down enough for that to be a viable practice? A client (amalgamation of clients to protect confidentiality) taught me that joy isn’t something you wait for, it’s something you choose & practice. Even in the middle of anxiety, conflict, and heartbreak....

Most of us spend our emotional lives in 2 places: The past (“Why did I say that?”) and The future (“What do I need to prepare next?”). Can you relate to this Reader? Meanwhile, our body sits in the present moment, waiting for us to arrive. This kind of mental time-travel is draining for everyone, but especially for teen girls whose nervous systems are already working overtime most of the time. Recently, at a women’s networking event, presenter Jeri Tourand shared a line of Zen wisdom that I...

Change is rarely easy, Readerwould you agree? And when it comes to the big shifts our teen daughters face like junior high → high school, or high school → graduation, those changes stir up more than just new schedules. For many girls, these transitions shake identity, provoke self-doubt, and activate nerves in unexpected ways. I just wrote about why these seasons feel so intense… and how parents and caregivers can support their teen girls through them with compassion, clarity, and support....
