Ever noticed that your teen daughter is:
- so hard on herself
- constantly comparing herself to others
- feeling overwhelmed by big emotions
- struggling with friendships or feeling like she doesn't quite fit in
- putting enourmous pressure on herself
- having a hard time bouncing back when things don't go as planned
You want to help. But no matter how many times you tell her how great she is, she's not convinced.
What if she could feel happier, confident, & more equipped to handle life's hard moments?
What if instead you noticed her:
-Feeling more confident in who is she is.
-Having tools for navigating overwhelming emotions.
-Recognizing the thoughts that hold her back.
-Knowing how to care for herself when life feels hard.
-Feeling connected to other girls.
-Seeing challenges as "I can handle it" moments rather than being defined her.
That's what The Happiness Path is all about.
For girls ages 12–17 • YYC • 7-weeks
The Happiness Path is a 7-week group experience for teen girls who want to build confidence, understand themselves better, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges.
This isn't about being happy all the time. It's about learning that all feelings are allowed, hard moments are survivable, and you have more tools and choices than you might think.
Through conversation, creativity, connection, and practical strategies, girls explore what helps them feel grounded, confident, connected, and more like themselves.
You don't have to share everything to belong.
Girls are never pressured to share private or personal experiences. They choose what feels comfortable for them, at their own pace in a space built on respect, compassion, & acceptance.
