A Celebration, A Saturday Event & Spoiler Alert

You're gonna love it!

There’s a lot of exciting momentum happening right now at Pyramid Psychology, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you.

🌟 Celebration & Congratulations (...AND Welcome Back!)

We are so proud to celebrate ****Ana**** as she completes her student internship with us and moves toward her designation as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).

Ana will be officially returning to Pyramid Psychology as a therapist, and we couldn’t be more excited.

She brings compassion and helps clients see real growth, especially with teen girls and young women who are navigating life shifts like:

  • graduating or transitioning schools
  • friendship changes or loss
  • breakups
  • that feeling of “I don’t even feel like myself anymore”

Ana supports clients in finding their way back to themselves—with clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of who they are.

UNVEILING------- Spring THP Offering: The Relation Station 🚉

This spring, we’re so excited to introduce a new experience inside The Happiness Path:

✨ The Relation Station ✨

This offering is all about supporting teen girls with THE NUMBER #1 THING THEY TALK ABOUT WITH US, one of the most important (and often most challenging) parts of their lives:

Relationships.

Inside this experience, your daughter will:

  • learn how to navigate friendship dynamics (e.g. rejection, loss, drama) and social stress
  • build confidence in setting boundaries and expressing herself
  • strengthen her relationship with herself (her voice, her needs, her identity)
  • develop tools to move through conflict, comparison, and emotional overwhelm

Helping her feel more secure, confident, and grounded in who she is no matter what’s happening around her.

👉 Simply reply with the word Relationships to this email and we’ll send you all the details.

As always, thank you for being part of this community and for the care you put into supporting your daughter.

With so much gratitude,

Chantal

A space for teen girls to build self-trust so they can show up as themselves in every relationship... for life! Reader Our latest group, The Happiness Path wrapped up recently and while the program came to a close, something really meaningful is just beginning for these girls. Especially when it comes to relationships. In the honest, open conversations we’ve shared, girls have told us what’s actually hardest right now: “I don’t always know what to do after friendship loss or rejection.” “I...

Teen girls building self-trust to impact how they show up for themselves and with others now and for the rest of their lives. Why did that feel so gross in my body?....Girls notice it.
