She's Back! Welcome Back, Ana.

We are so excited to welcome Ana Hernandez back to the Pyramid Psychology team as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)!

If you've met Ana before, you'll know exactly why our hearts are full. She has a remarkable ability to help young people feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. She brings warmth, authenticity, humour, and genuine compassion into every conversation, creating a space where clients can show up exactly as they are.

Ana works with teen girls and young women navigating transitions, including:

  • Friendships and relationship challenges
  • Breakups and heartbreak
  • Moving and adjusting to a new environment
  • Transitions into junior high, high school, or post-secondary
  • Identity, confidence, and self-esteem
  • Life changes that leave you feeling uncertain or lost

One of the things we love most about Ana is how real she is. Clients feel comfortable with her quickly because she combines professional expertise with genuine human connection.

Ana is currently accepting new clients and is available:
