Turns out confidence is a DIY project.

a space built on respect, compassion, & acceptance.

Okay, it’s here. 💗

I’ve been teasing you about something I’ve had brewing behind the scenes...And

The Happiness Path is officially open!

The Happiness Path is a 7-week group experience for teen girls ages 12–17 who are ready to build confidence, understand themselves better, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s ups and downs.

Because here’s the thing:

We can tell our daughters they’re amazing a thousand times.

But inevitably they need to discover it (and believe it) for themselves.

That’s what The Happiness Path is all about.

Over seven weeks, we’ll explore:

🌱 Health & Wellness
👀 Awareness
💗 Friendships & Relationships
💪 Overcoming life's hard moments
Helping the mind highlight confidence & potential

Through conversation, creativity, connection, and practical strategies, girls get the chance to explore who they are, what matters to them, and what helps them navigate the hard stuff.

And here’s something I really want parents to know:

She doesn’t have to share everything to belong.

Girls aren’t pressured to share private or personal experiences. They choose what feels comfortable for them, at their own pace in a space built on respect, compassion, & acceptance.

The Happiness Path begins September 24! 🎉

Confidence for Teen Girls

but... how does that saying go again.... If you've ever tried to help a teen girl feel more confident, you probably already know... Telling her she's amazing doesn't make her feel amazing. Want to come along for the ride? Okay, maybe it’s the Pink Pony Club effect… But lately I’ve been thinking a LOT about teen girls having a place where they can be themselves, find their people, try new things, laugh a little louder, and discover just how capable they are. And it got me thinking… What if we created that place? 💗 wait. we did that! Something fun.Something meaningful.Something I really wish existed when I was a teenager. I’m not quite ready to reveal exactly where this PATH is...
