Your Teen Daughter is doing great

...Well this is awkward***

Hello Mom raising a teen daughter (or two, or three...)!

So she's doing pretty well.

She has friends.

She's satisfied at school.

She loves her sport (or dance, or theatre, or art, or whatever her thing is).

She laughs. She has fun.

She seems happy.

You might be wondering....

Why would she need something like The Happiness Path?

And my answer is:

She doesn't have to NEED it.

She can simply Thrive.

We don't wait until our daughters are struggling to teach them how to care for themselves.

We don't wait until they've completely lost their confidence to start talking about what makes them uniquely them.

We don't wait until life gets really hard to start building resilience.

Why wait?

Practicing Confidence each day.

Developping Self-awareness for the win.

Exploring Healthy relationships for life.

Strengthening through Resilience again and again.

And knowing what helps you when life gets hard?

That's a pretty useful thing to know starting today.

Adolescence is a pretty important time to be building that foundation.

And we only get so many opportunities to intentionally give our daughters space to pause and ask:

Who am I?

What matters to me?

What helps me?

What kind of person do I want to become?

That's The Happiness Path. 💗Our next group starts September 24.

If you're thinking, “Hmmmm… maybe this is something my daughter would actually enjoy,”

take a peek at The Happiness Path here or text me at 403.689.7970.

The group is capped at 8 girls, and I'd love to have your daughter join us if it feels like the right fit.

With gratitude,

Chantal

is getting a little crowded. One of the things I hear from teen girls again and again when I ask if they talk to their trusted people about what they're going through is: “They won’t understand. They have their own stuff going on.” Translation: “I’m alone in this.” Maybe it's friendship drama. Toxi comparison. A confidence dip. Big emotions. Wondering where she fits. Wondering if she's enough. The details might be different, but the feeling can be surprisingly similar. “Is anyone else...

I've got a pocket, got a pocket full of.... Courage. Thanks Natasha Bedingfield for inspiring me with your pockets full of sunshine. What does courage mean to you? Brave. Confident. Ready. But what if courage can come along with fear? With nerves. Uncertainty. With “I'm really not sure about this…” Because courage isn't always a roaring lion. 🦁 It's that (sometimes tiny) encouraging voice saying: “Okay. Let's try.” So I've created a little gift for your teen daughter. 🎴 Make Your Own Courage...

join The Happiness Path. Choosing something for your daughter, especially something involving her confidence, well-being, relationships, and personal growth, is a big decision. And if you're wondering things like: What actually happens? What if she doesn't want to share? What if she doesn't know anyone? Is this therapy? What if she's already in therapy? What if she's actually doing pretty well? And perhaps most importantly… what if I bring it up and she immediately says,“Nope!” I've got you...
