A 6-week experience your daughter won’t forget

Reader, This is one of my favourite emails to send.

Because today, the doors to The Happiness Path group are officially open and if you’re here reading this, I want to start by saying this:

💛 It takes courage to invest in your teen.
💛 It takes courage to try something different.
💛 And it takes courage to believe things can feel better.

So whether you’re just curious or already feeling a yes in your body, we truly want to share this with you.

Introducing The Happiness Path (THP)

The Happiness Path is a 6-week small-group experience for teen girls designed to help them slow down, feel more at ease in their own skin, and build confidence from the inside out.

It’s all about giving her space to discover herself, with support, skills, and connection along the way.

💛 Who This Is For

THP is for teen girls who:

  • Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in their head (aka overthinking)
  • Struggle with confidence, self-doubt, or moving through big emotions
  • Want better friendships and healthier relationships
  • Are sensitive, thoughtful, creative, or “feel everything”
  • Just need a place where they can be themselves with no pressure

And it’s for parents who want to support their teen without pushing, fixing, or walking on eggshells.

What Girls Experience Inside THP

Over these 6 weeks, girls will:

  • Learn how to be present and understand their emotions
  • Practice (and actually use!) tools that help them feel calmer and more focused
  • Develop awareness of their inner world (thoughts, feelings, reactions)
  • Learn how to handle emotions in ways that support themselves and their relationships
  • Experience connection, creativity, movement, and meaningful conversations
  • Begin to find themselves again, or maybe for the first time

What Parents Notice

By the end of the 6 weeks, parents often share that they see:

  • Their daughter feeling more comfortable in her skin
  • A calmer, more capable presence at home
  • Her using language and tools to talk about feelings
  • More confidence trying new things
  • Healthier communication about what’s going on inside
  • Sometimes… a different teen on the ride home 💛

And just as importantly parents feel supported, hopeful, and less alone.

Reader, If you’re a parent of a teen girl who has recently lost her friends, this might ring painfully familiar. Mornings are dreaded. Heavy. Getting to school is a battle. You notice she is more silent, keeping to herself, more irritable. In the "I'm fine" quiet land. Losing friendships at this age isn’t just a social shift. For many girls, it shakes their world. Their sense of safety, identity, and confidence all gone at once. We hear girls say things like: “I don’t know who to sit with...

Reader, The other day my business coach said something that made me pause and smile: “You’re giving people a license to live big.” And immediately, I thought of the teen girls we serve. Because while coping skills are important (and we absolutely teach them), they’re not the whole story. They need permission. Permission to: take up space have all the feelings want meaningful friendships try new things live a life that actually feels like theirs Teen girls can become very good at coping....

This year, I decided to take on a big personal development milestone: dismantling my money stories. 💰💸 (10/10 recommend… if you enjoy personal growth and moderate existential dread Reader ) It’s been a doozie mix of: Excitement ✔️Courage ✔️Sweaty palms ✔️Fear of judgment, not being liked, being misunderstood ✔️✔️✔️ I was challenged to do something wildly uncomfortable for me.
