Throughout our 6 weeks together, your teen's going to not only learn different practices, but actually USE them to practice being present with her emotions, understand them, and handle them in a way that supports her and her relationships. By the end, she will have more focus on what matters most to her, and will feel so much calmer - and in control. For You Right from the start, you're going to see your daughter experience calmness, connection with others in the group, and hopefulness for things to come. You will notice her communicating more about her feelings and experiences; she may even feel like a different person on the ride home 😉 You'll watch her practice strategies to feel capable, confident (even to try new things!), and comfortable in her own skin. And don't forget - you will also receive a weekly parent video, straight to your inbox.
